Oak Diary ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Oak Diary mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
We don't store your diaries data in any other services except your own iCloud and your own devices. Oak Diary do not have a server database to store it. So even if Justin bieber asked nicely to see your data, we wouldn't have anything to show him.
All diaries data store in your personal devices (e.g. your iPhone or iPad). For Cloud service, we use your personal iCloud storage to store your diaries. So we are not able to access your diaries in any case.
All user's diaries data belong to userself. Oak Diary not own any user's diaries in any case. Since we're not even able to access your diaries. We simply don't own them.
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We are not using any Cookies in our Website or in our Oak Diary. So feel free to enjoy no any cookie requirements
